Learning Observed
|
Today Darius was caught doing some #Oresome learning! Darius was invited to work in a guided writing workshop with me and he thought long and hard about what he wanted to write. He drew his picture first to help him brainstorm what to write and we discussed some ideas, then he decided he wanted to write about Volcanoes. Darius wrote “volcano errupts”.

Darius is developing his Capabilities in writing. He was able to independently think of his own story (Thinking) with support was able to sound out how to spell the words, using the alphabet card (Managing Self).
