Improvise and explore movement ideas in response to a variety of stimuli. Share dance movement through informal presentation and share their thoughts and feelings in response to their own and others’ dances.

Learning Observed

During iExperience Darius has been working on creating the dance for the production. Darius started exploring dance and movement during a taster iExperience and then chose to opt-in to the next week and begin to create the dance for the production. During these workshops he has been making connections between the song and the dance we are creating. Darius has demonstrated his capability by remembering the dance routine and his part in it.  Darius has participated and contributed in the dance iExperience and in the production dance opt-in. He has shown his collaboration by sharing his ideas with other learners as well as listening to others share their ideas. The production will be on stage at Ormiston Junior College on November 23rd if you would like to see the dance that Darius helped to create.
